You may return an item in its
original condition and packaging or container for a refund or credit within 10
days of receiving your order. A 15% restocking fee will apply. Shipping
charges can only be refunded if the return is due to our error. To initiate
your return process, please send an email to Games@Mentirosa.org to obtain a
"return authorization number". Returns must be accompanied by
the packing slip including the authorization number. After a return has
been received, it will take 1-2 weeks to process. Return the item via FedEX or
US Postal Service.
Please insure the package to protect
yourself in case it gets lost or damaged in transit. Send package to
"RETURNS". If you chose to cancel an order after it has been shipped,
or you refuse delivery, you will be charged for the corresponding
shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee.
